WIZ-X.COM believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order has broken products please report the damaged item/s, within 48 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used WIZ-X.COM can not replace or exchange merchandise. You may contact us by using the CONTACT US link or email to WIZX@BELLSOUTH.NET. If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from WIZ-X.COM and the item has not been used it may be returned for a credit less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs or exchanged for another item (customer pays shipping only). All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of delivery. WIZ-X.COM will honor any lost or never received order with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order. If you have any concerns, comments, or questions about the WIZ-X.COM return policy or to initiate a return, please contact us.
